WHEN PLACING AN ORDER
We ask that you provide Drover Horsewear with complete and accurate details, and advise us as soon as possible of any changes to your order or details. All personal information is kept ‘Confidential’ and WE DO NOT KEEP YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS ON FILE FOR SECURITY REASONS.

Should you place an order with Drover Horsewear you have agreed to our Terms & Conditions as listed on this website.

WARRANTIES

·         We offer a warranty on our rugs against manufacturer faults – we DO NOT accept responsibility of damage that may be caused by you, your horse or other horses.
 

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

·        Drover Horsewear’s aim is to offer you Great Gear At A Great Price. Please ensure that you are ordering the correct size for your requirements.  If you need any help to determine your size just call for some advice.  We do not accept returns unless the product is declared to be faulty. Returns will only be accepted after discussing this with Drover Horsewear staff.  If an item has a manufacturing defect a replacement will be forwarded to you once the product in question has been returned for assessment at no further cost to the purchaser.

All other shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in transit, therefore we advise goods be sent via Registered Post.

Refunds & Returns are not accepted after 7 working days.

SHIPPING

·         We use Australia Post to ship out all of our orders. All saddles are sent out using registered post and we can provide you with a tracking number. All other orders are sent unregistered unless requested; this cost will be added to your shipping costs.  We are not in the market of making money on shipping and only charge a small fee to cover the cost of the shipping bags used in addition to the Australia Post costs.
Items will not be insured unless requested at the time of placing the order by the customer.
We endeavour to ship out as cheaply as possible and can combine postage up to 20kg 

 Delivery

·         To be safe, allow 5 working days for delivery within Australia. However most orders arrive in much less time, 2 to 3 working days is average.
